**Job Posting: XL106 Press Feeder - Glenmore Custom Printing & Packaging**

Richmond owned Print & Packaging company of over 40 years is growing and in search of a talented Press Feeder. This role requires a bright and detailed person who can stay ahead and work seamlessly with the Head Pressman to assure fluid and efficient operations of our 55' press. Experience MOST welcomed but not essential to this hire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and compliment our senior Pressmen in the operations of the XL106 press.
- Collaborate with the press team to ensure high-quality print runs.
- Develop your skills on one of the most technically advanced printing presses in the world
- Prep materials and set up press for each job according to specs detailed in workorder
- Assist with regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace and impeccable machine
- Remain respectful at all times of people, product, and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with XL106 Press or similar machinery is preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team.

Glenmore is willing to compensate fairly for more experienced Feeders, or invest in the training and development of the right individual.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
