**About Us**:
our company is well-established print solutions company specializing in high-quality offset and digital printing. We are currently seeking a skilled **Bindery / Ladder Press Operator** to join our post-press finishing team. If you have experience in bindery or finishing operations and are detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate bindery equipment and ladder press machinery for trimming, folding, stitching, die-cutting, foil stamping, and embossing.
- Set up equipment for production runs based on job specifications.
- Adjust machinery for paper size, fold types, stitch settings, and other finishing specs.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure clean cuts, aligned folds, strong stitching, and flawless finishes.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines between jobs.
- Work closely with press and production teams to maintain smooth workflow and avoid production delays.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in bindery, finishing, or ladder press operations (1+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of various paper stocks and finishing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow detailed job specs and maintain quality standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working efficiently on day shifts.
