- **RDJ Bakeries Ltd**_ is currently looking for a Junior Product Life Management to join our growing Day shift team.

**Job purpose**

Responsible for assisting the Product Life Management Specialist on all responsibilities. Provide effective communications and maintain, update and ensure consistent execution of project processes for both internal and external customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

- Maintain project life management database.
- Assist in the creation of Packaging Die Lines and execute packaging Line Trials.
- Provide effective communication to all departments regarding the smooth production of new items (packaging, artwork, recipes, etc.).
- Liaise and follow-up with various internal teams to ensure execution of assigned project related tasks are followed-up and completed on-time.
- Create and maintain customer folders for new/existing items.
- Follow up with the Supply Chain and Management Department regarding Inventory Packaging Management and Supplier Lead Time Management.
- Attend and prepare Meeting Minutes of weekly meetings with Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Update Active vs. Inactive Finished Good items (3,4,7 series) in collaboration with Technical, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
- Update and maintain Project Liability Sheets for customers.
- Prepare and process Cracker Sample Requests for Customers.
- Coordinate with Quality to collect Beginning/Middle/End Samples and send to Customers from the first production of all new items.
- Maintain sample tracking sheet.
- Organize and file all Project related documentation from Customers.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in food industry or related field preferred.
- At least two (2) years of experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Creativity.
- Ability to work around problems and come up with creative solutions.
- Ability to work with or without direct supervision.
- Orientation towards a continuous improvement culture.

**Working conditions**:

- Always work indoors.
- Work regular office hours, Monday to Friday.
- Straight shift work.

**Physical requirements**:

- Typing.
- Physical efforts (moderate)
- Sitting involved.
