Our passion for product guides every step of the creative process. We are looking for an inspiring and detail-driven Lead - Design, someone who brings a love for fine craftsmanship, a strong sense of style, and a collaborative mindset. As a key creative pillar within the team, you will support Design Leadership in the evolution of our exclusive collections—pursuing product excellence through the “four Fs”: Fashion to Fit, Fabric to Finishing.
Through your expertise, you will act as a mentor and a driver of rigour and innovation, while actively contributing to team development, continuous improvement of processes, and the overall quality of our products. You will play a vital role in innovation, managing complex projects, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
