Supervisor

This role as a supervisor requires individuals who are passionate about food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean environment. If you enjoy working in a dynamic setting where teamwork is essential, this position offers the opportunity to help lead our team at this community recognized restaurant and grow your skills. This position is hands on and working as part of the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare food items consistently and adhere to all recipe standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and checking cashouts.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Confidence in leading the team on shift and giving direction once fully trained
Pay: $17.40-$23.00 per hour
