**Summary**

We are setting up a new distribution warehouse in Port Coquitlam, and are seeking a dependable and experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** to manage day-to-day operations.

Initially this position will be very hands on as the warehouse team will consist of the warehouse supervisor and 1-2 operators.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff including pickers, packers, forklift operators, and shippers.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and provide training and guidance.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct routine inspections of equipment and workspace.
- Collaborate with management to improve warehouse processes and resolve operational issues.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and receiving procedures.
- Communicate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or vocational training a plus.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, including 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), knowledge of SAP an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Pay: $29.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
