**What You’ll Do**:

- Ensure the Put Away Leads are supported and properly trained to store efficiently and accurately received and returned goods on a timely basis
- Work closely with the Receiving Supervisor and Returns Manager, to ensure a good flow of materials and daily plans are executed
- Work closely with the Quick Pick and Replenish Supervisors to ensure the product is stored in numerical order within each pick location
- Meet daily with the Put Away Supervisor - Days to align with open tasks for the teams.
- Plan for mapping out the most efficient layout of materials to speed up the picking of orders.
- Train new Put Away Leads and have a succession plan for them
- Report the teams' total units stored per hour each day and encourage the team to address inefficient setup or processes
- Ensure the team leads take their breaks and return from them with their teams at their assigned times and cell phones are not in use on the warehouse floor
- Look for best practices, standardized procedures, and documents for training new hires with
- Walk the warehouse to ensure the team leads and their teams are productive and answer any questions they may have
- Look for any unsafe practices or work areas and report them to a Safety Committee member
- Keep current with product knowledge
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required

- At least 3 years of warehouse RF inventory experience
- Familiar with RF scanners, Conveyor systems and leading the work of others
- Must be willing to work as a member of a team and be flexible in undertaking a variety of duties that will contribute to the success of the organization
- Good math skills and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- Requires the ability to be organized, multitask, and solve problems
