As we prepare for our grand opening, we're seeking a talented and passionate Bar Manager to help us bring our vision to life. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, cocktail development, and staff training.
- Develop and execute creative and innovative cocktail menus that complement our culinary offerings and reflect current beverage trends.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism behind the bar.
- Manage bar staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
- Implement and enforce all relevant policies and procedures related to responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create seamless integration of beverage offerings with the overall menu concept.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine, with a passion for creating exceptional cocktails and beverage experiences.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
