Wendell Motors, located in Kitchener, ON, seeks a ACCOUNTING CLERK with a proven track record to join our team at the largest volume Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram dealership in the region.

We’re looking for:

- Performs Accounts Payable and Receivable duties. Posts/accounts for all invoices from Vendors, including the Manufacturer.
- Using Company procedures, will support accounting department in processing all Deals (New Car, Used Car, Wholesale & Dealer trade) and reconcile all schedules pertaining to deals
- Payroll
- Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Strong concentration skills for data-input and maintaining accuracy of information.
- College Diploma or equivalent, with concentration in Accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Reynolds software experience is preferred.
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
