Position Summary:
Oversees all facets of the Canada InnoServ Chemical and Beverage Field Service and Sales Teams. Collaborates with Divisions, Canadian Service Managers, and Service Specialists to uphold a superior standard of service. Works in conjunction with Business Development specialists to ensure consistent sales support across all Canadian divisions. Executes InnoServ sales and marketing strategies to augment case volumes, sales, and profit margins in partnership with all sales segments.

What you would do:
- Manage the Canadian Field Service and sales program.-
- Create process improvement teams to develop efficient operating procedures. Job Responsibilities for Manager, National Sales & Service - InnoServ.-
- Oversee all aspects of the Canada InnoServ Chemical and Beverage Field Service and Sales Teams.-
- Collaborate with Divisions, Canadian Service Managers, and Service Specialists to uphold a superior standard of service.-
- Work in conjunction with Business Development specialists to ensure consistent sales support across all Canadian divisions.-
- Support warranty-billing programs to bill manufacturers for defective parts and a third-party service program.-
- Manage equipment and van parts inventory to minimize cash investments.-
- Develop criteria for the field service staff to determine when equipment should be repaired or refurbished.-
- Utilize FSM software program to track the equipment and services of Innoserv programs.-
- Review and collaborate with service managers to validate work time and ensure that the service specialists provide efficient customer service.-
- Assist in developing the operational budget for the assigned areas. Routinely monitors, manages, and controls the budget, analyzes variances, takes appropriate action, and develops plans for productivity improvements.-
- Interview, hire, train, and retain staff. Conduct performance monitoring of staff, initiating follow-through with disciplinary action and termination in consultation with Human Resources when appropriate for the department. Mentor, motivate and develop staff and act as a role model and resource to them.-
- Lead a national team to provide InnoServ Chemical and Beverage sales and service support to all segments.-
- Maintain an InnoServ Chemical and Beverage parts warranty process to ensure proper equipment maintenance schedules.-
- Review technical resource reports to evaluate proper training and support for regional service areas.-
- Ensure that personal development plans are created and actively managed by each direct report.-
- Coordinate manufacturer and vendor training for Chemical and Beverage staff.Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer feedback in making critical decisions.-
- Maintain a strong understanding of margin and Equipment & Service costs to assure ROI on business opportunities and appropriate equipment and service commitments.-
- Remove roadblocks to create a culture/work environment contributing to the customer experience while supporting department and company financial goals and objectives.-
- Work with internal and external National multi-unit teams and customers to achieve sales and margin goals.-
- Interface and collaborate with the Innoserv teams to identify target customers, introduce new products to satisfy unmet customer needs, and support bids.-
- Attend appropriate GFS leadership meetings to identify sales, marketing, promotions, training, and planning opportunities.-
- Provide leadership to the InnoServ team and develop key performance indicators that contribute to the customer.-
- Perform other duties as assigned. Develop Divisional and Regional sales, marketing & merchandising relationships.-
- Execute InnoServ sales and marketing strategies to augment case volumes, sales, and profit margins in partnership with all sales segments.Does this sound like you?- Bachelor Degree in Business Management preferred.-
- Five years previous sales, marketing, or service experience and five years previous leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.-
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling Chemical & Beverage products and services.-
- Must display good presentation, change management, facilitation, and collaboration abilities.-
- Ability to build high-performance teams and develop individuals.-
- Must have good time management and organizational skills
