Marketing Manager

ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd. A Terex Brand, located in Olds, AB is seeking to add a Marketing Manager to our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our products, services, and brand. You will also oversee the day-to-day activities of the marketing department, including managing the marketing budget, coordinating with external vendors and agencies, and analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. **Qualifications**:

- Leadership experience in a marketing role with previous direct reports
- Exceptional mentoring, communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field is essential
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Project management skills are an asset
- Proven track record in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior
- Advanced Wordpress experience
- Advanced Google Ads experience
- Experience with SEO tracking tools
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, web editing packages and all social media platforms

**Responsibilities**:

- Brand strategy and management
- Content development for North America and international markets - products & services, service support, operator training, Spider training, maintenance trouble shooting, hiring and Human Resource support and internal content.
- Product development support
- Social Media Management
- Search engine optimization
- Web development and updating
- Managing Google Ads (search and display)
- Videography (both in-house and with external vendors)
- Tradeshow strategy management (on-site and digital)
- Website strategy and digital expansion management
- Budget tracking
- Association content development
- Feedback tracking and response
- Webinar and virtual training development
- Manage directing report
- Coordinate with Terex’s Central Marketing team for tradeshow planning, graphic design, video editing, animation etc
- Reporting all marketing KPIs
- Preparing presentations for internal and external use
- Actively participate and maintain positive team environment
- Perform all other duties as assigned and light duty tasks when assigneder duties as assigned and light duty tasks when assigned
