**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Digital Operations Manager
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and Google (as applicable).
- Develop and implement social media content strategy and monitor brand reputation.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and update content calendars and SOPs.
- Oversee the scheduling of display ads across our MyTownNow websites.
- Assist with data entry on our E-commerce platforms such as Half Price Deals as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, creative, and development, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Support the consistent adherence of brand guidelines and marketing law.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and suggest strategies to strengthen the organization’s digital presence.
- Support the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other digital marketing technologies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior experience in digital marketing, digital operations, or a related field.
- Proficient in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional Canva skills preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions with platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
- Experience or interest in writing, marketing, or promotions is an asset.
- Experience or interest in E-commerce platforms is an asset.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is an asset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within the radio broadcasting and digital world.
- Effective communication & collaboration skills with the ability to work independently or within a team across our network of radio stations.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
