**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Take ownership of your schedule and workload. You will work independently.
- Balance the needs of tenants and ownership, keeping everyone informed and satisfied.
- Manage all aspects of assigned residential properties with confidence and professionalism.
- Advertise listings creatively across platforms to attract high-quality tenants.
- Handle lease negotiations and enforce agreements with fairness and clarity.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Be the go-to for tenant concerns; resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Oversee property maintenance, coordinate repairs, and navigate renovations when required.
- Keep meticulous records of financial expenses during repairs and renovations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with tenants to create a positive living environment.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Proven experience in property management (residential or commercial).
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants. Handle inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like Buildium or similar property management software.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
- A natural multitasker who can prioritize and pivot as needed.
- Knowledge of the _Residential Tenancy Act_ (a big plus)
- A collaborative team player who is always eager to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Adobe is a bonus
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and be on-call for emergencies.

**Must-Haves**:

- A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and up-to-date insurance.
- A clean criminal record check.
- A working cellphone that can accommodate a second eSIM card.

**Experience**:

- Background in **property management** or other leadership roles? That’s a definite plus and will set you apart
- A proven track record of delivering **exceptional customer service** in property management or another service-oriented industry.

**Work Environment**:

**Compensation**:

- Earn between **$9,000 to $30,000/year**, depending on the number of units you manage.
