*Responsibilities*
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Advertise and fill vacancies through various channels
- Negotiate and enforce leases and rental agreements
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of income and expenses
- Develop and maintain positive tenant relationships

*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of leasing agreements and landlord-tenant law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting property rentals
- Strong data entry and administrative skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
