Direct Report: Housekeeping Team Leader/Housekeeping Manager/General Manager

Duties include:
1. Positive Guest Experience: Smile and greet guests. Handle questions regarding property and local amenities. Ensure rooms are clean and properly stocked with supplies.

2. Support “Clean Team”: May perform duties from all other “clean team” positions as needed or at the direction of the Head Housekeeper or General Manager in order to maintain proper operations of the property.

3. Quality Adherence:

- Strip linens and towels;
- Dust furniture and fixtures;
- Vacuum Hallways
- Transport all supplies required to accomplish tasks, utilizing standard supply cart;
- Pick up trash in parking lot and empty exterior garbage cans.

4. Safeguard all Days Inn Assets. Comply with Days Inn Safety and Security program. Adhere to all company policies, practices, procedures and guidelines.

5. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
- The following requirements may change depending on the individual property and according to the confines of the workspace available for any required task.
- Firm and simple grasping are required for all aspects of work.
- Bending, stooping or squatting is required while performing essential tasks.
- Reaching is required and may be combined with other activities such as pushing, pulling, and bending in all phases of work. Overhead reaching is limited to 20% of the time.
- Crouching and kneeling are required particularly when cleaning bathroom fixtures and facilities.
- Pushing and pulling actions are required when dusting, vacuuming, and moving supply carts, etc.
- Lifting of supplies (linens, vacuum cleaners, etc.) occurs on a regular basis, but rarely exceeds 25 pounds. Lifting up to 50 pounds may occur occasionally.
- Crawling is required on occasion.
- Climbing of stairs is required when working on upper level of property.
