As a Studio Manager at Royal Muse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our studios and providing exceptional support to our students and instructors. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and optimizing studio schedules, including class and rehearsal bookings, to maximize studio utilization.
- Coordinating with instructors, staff, and students to ensure seamless execution of classes and rehearsals.
- Maintaining meticulous studio cleanliness and organization, including managing equipment and supplies inventory.
- Handling student and parent inquiries promptly and providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborating closely with the management team to develop and implement effective studio policies and procedures.
- Managing studio budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination, including performances and showcases.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in studio management or a related field within the performing arts industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with instructors, staff, students, and parents.
- Proficiency in studio management software and tools.
- Strong leadership qualities to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Language requirement: Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.

**Shifts**:
Flexible scheduling options are available, including full-time and part-time positions. The role may require evening and weekend availability to align with the demands of studio operations.
