Dance Studio Receptionist

Our ballroom is looking to hire part-time receptionists to join us for our reopening after provincial restrictions are lifted. If you enjoy connecting and communicating with others and helping people with questions - if you are ready to tackle a to-do list and take ownership and pride of the organization with an attention to detail, please send a resume and cover letter. Specific duties include:
**Duties**:

- Greet and direct visitors in our busy studio
- Answer all inquiries in person and over the phone
- Check in clients to classes and other activities through our online system
- Assist clients with concerns in their accounts and problem solve as necessary
- Minimal filing, data entry, and maintenance of records in our online system
- Some basic cleaning/sanitizing
- Point of sales duty including handling cash
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- General clerical duties

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset
- Solid computer proficiency, work with MS Office, especially Word and Excel, is a requirement
- Experience with MindBody would be preferable but not mandatory
- Experience in an office administration position or a customer service position is an asset, but not necessary; must have a good attitude and able to adapt and learn quickly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33,400.00-$40,800.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Cantonese (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
