- **What You’ll Do**
- **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations on Microsoft Cloud & Cloud technology-based solutions to customers and internal staff.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and accurate configurations on Microsoft Cloud & Cloud products to support sales teams in meeting customer needs.
- Proactively promote Compugen's full portfolio of products, services, and Managed Services to potential clients
- Develop a strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud hardware, software solutions, services, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with account teams and contribute to account planning and opportunity review processes.
- Support knowledge transfer and act as a technology advocate within the organization
- Maintain a positive customer experience (TCE) by addressing issues and facilitating issue resolution.
- Contribute to the execution of Compugen strategies to enable the adoption of Microsoft Cloud & Cloud solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key technical influencers, decision-makers, and top executives.
- Pursue certifications as required by the organization and maintain a competitive level of professional competence.
- Act professionally during business-related meetings, presentations, and events

**Required General Technical Qualifications**:

- Office 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Identity Management (Cloud synced, Federated Identities, ADFS)
- Active Directory (Group Policy, Management, Design)

**Desired General Technical Qualifications**:

- Teams Enterprise Voice
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Enterprise Mobility Suite
- Microsoft Security concepts (conditional access, data protection, governance)
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (OSD, MDT)
- Windows imaging
- Microsoft Infrastructure Services (e.g., Public Key infrastructure)
- Windows Server (Current and earlier versions)
- Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, and network security
- PowerShell

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multifunctional areas with other internal stakeholders
- University degree or College Diploma in a relevant program of study
- 3-5 years previous experience
- Strong business acumen
- Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Extremely well structured, organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
