Find out more by visiting Position Summary The Client Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful implementation of HRIS and payroll systems for our PEO clients, with a specific focus on businesses operating in Quebec, Canada. This role requires deep expertise in both payroll processing and HRIS system configuration, along with strong project management and client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing these systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant Canadian and Quebec-specific regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRIS and payroll systems for PEO clients, with a primary focus on those located in Quebec, Canada. Gather and analyze client requirements specific to HR, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related processes, ensuring alignment with the Vensure product suite. Configure and customize the HRIS and payroll systems to meet the unique needs of Quebec-based clients, including provincial regulations, tax requirements, and reporting standards. Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients on best practices for utilizing Vensure's HRIS and payroll solutions, optimizing their HR and payroll processes. Conduct thorough testing of the implemented systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Develop and deliver comprehensive training to client users on the new systems and processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless implementations and client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on all Canadian and Quebec-specific payroll and HR regulations, ensuring the implemented systems remain compliant. Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and knowledge resources for the team. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time implementations. Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities In-depth knowledge of Canadian and Quebec-specific payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards. Proven experience in implementing HRIS and payroll systems, with a strong preference for experience in the Quebec market. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with PEO models and processes is highly preferred. Education & Experience A minimum of 3 years of required experience in implementing payroll solutions , with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end implementation process. (Proven experience in implementing HRIS and payroll systems, e.g., ADP, Workday, Ceridian, etc.) Experience working with clients in Quebec, Canada, and a strong understanding of Quebec's labor laws and payroll regulations are required. Bilingual (French and English) Previous experience in a consulting role within the PEO industry is a plus. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education preferred. General working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
