NCRI is growing even stronger ands is looking for a Credit Adjudicator to join its Credit Team. Reporting into the Operations Supervisor, the Credit Analyst will be part of a team performing financially based assessment activities. The right person will have good judgement, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to problem-solve and influence to find a mutually beneficial solution.

INBOUND - FULL TIME WORKING FROM HOME POSITION (Starting on October 3rd)

Home Office Equipment Requirements: High speed internet with hardwire connection from computer to modem.

What you will be doing:

- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to all inbound risk inquiries; including by not limited to the following call types:o Credit Limit increases
- Remain tactful and composed when handling conflict and stressful situations while maintaining high level of customer service and retaining goodwill;
- Adhere to established departmental escalation procedures, Quality Standard Guidelines, and requirements and controls in relation to PCI compliance standards;
- Review supporting documentation to confirm applicant identity customer requests for increased credit limit assignment
- Merchant support

Bring it You're qualified if you:

- Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience, previous Call Centre experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in credit card or financial sector
- Experience in credit lending/adjudication an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (listening/verbal/written) with emphasis on active listening, negotiation skills - interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications with strong keyboarding skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex situations
- Personal qualities shall include adaptability, flexibility even-temperament, focused and reliability
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills within time restraints

Ce que vous ferez:

- Fournir un service client exceptionnel tout en répondant à toutes les demandes de renseignements sur les risques entrants ; y compris, sans s'y limiter, les types d'appels suivants : o Augmentations de la limite de crédit - Adjudication des demandes en attente de crédit. Examen pour déterminer l'admissibilité en fonction des lignes directrices en matière de crédit.
- Faire preuve de tact et de sang-froid lors de la gestion de conflits et de situations stressantes tout en maintenant un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle et en conservant la bonne volonté ;
- Adhérer aux procédures d'escalade ministérielles établies, aux directives relatives aux normes de qualité et aux exigences et contrôles relatifs aux normes de conformité PCI ;
- Examiner les pièces justificatives pour confirmer les demandes des clients d'identité du demandeur pour une augmentation de la limite de crédit
- Adjudication de certaines demandes en attente pour risque de fraude.

Amène le Vous êtes qualifié si vous:

- Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle, expérience antérieure en centre d'appels
- Minimum de 1-2 ans d'expérience dans les cartes de crédit ou le secteur financier
- Expérienc
