**Status**: Part-Time, Permanent

**Hours of Work**: 28.8 Hours per week

**Salary**: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour

**Location**: The primary work location for this position will be in-person, in Calgary downtown/Beltline.

**Anticipated Number of positions: 2**

**Anticipated Start Date: September 22, 2025**

The **Workshop Facilitator** delivers engaging, competency-based training to help clients develop the skills and confidence needed for employment and greater independence. This role designs, updates, and delivers curriculum, adapts instruction to diverse learner needs, and collaborates with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality workshop delivery. The **Workshop Facilitator**also evaluates client progress, manages workshop logistics, and keeps training aligned with current industry standards and best practices.

**What you bring to the position**:
**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma in social services, instruction, or facilitation.
- Two years recent, related experience providing instruction or group facilitation.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (can be acquired after hire)
- Or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
- Must maintain a satisfactory criminal record

- Proficient with MS Office, virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams), and maintaining accurate administrative records.
