Reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting, you will partner with assigned business line(s) and project teams to assess, research, analyze and document business and system requirements, and recommend solutions that meet stakeholder/business needs.

**_ About the Role:_**
**Responsibilities**
- Reconcile complex accounts, including bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor accounts
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances identified during the reconciliation process
- Identify opportunities to improve the reconciliation process and implement process improvements as needed
- Work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all reconciliations
- Assist in the month-end close process as needed
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders related to account reconciliations
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on account reconciliations
- Great understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience reconciling complex accounts, including bank accounts and vendor accounts
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and variances
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other members of the finance team
