Zen Pharmacy is a small independant community pharmacy that provides pharmaceutical services in Port Moody, BC V3H 2B1. We are looking for employees who are eager to learn, provide optimal patient care, and have a passion for community pharmacy.
- OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK
- Shared facility/premises with Zen Family Medical Clinic (opportunity to work alongside other healthcare practitioners such as physicians, medical office assistants and nurses)

*Job Overview*

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacy Interns to join our team at Zen Pharmacy, where you get a chance to work with experienced pharmacists and grow your own expertise in the process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in community pharmacy to gain hands-on experience utilizing and building on their clinical knowledge.

*Responsibilities*
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and stock supplies
- Data Entry support in processing prescriptions and patient orders
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care

*Skills*
- Strong patient care/communication skills
- Knowledge of medications/pharmacology
- Eagerness to learn

This Pharmacy Intern position provides valuable exposure to the pharmaceutical field, offering a dynamic learning environment and the opportunity to develop essential skills for a successful career in community pharmacy.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
