**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Excavators**: Safely operate excavators to demolish buildings and structures according to project plans and specifications.
- **Site Preparation**: Prepare demolition sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring all necessary permits are in place.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on excavators to ensure they are in good working condition.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other demolition team members, including supervisors, laborers, and safety officers, to complete projects efficiently.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of demolition activities, including equipment usage, safety checks, and project progress.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address any issues that arise during demolition projects, ensuring mínimal disruption to the project timeline.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience operating excavators in a demolition setting.
- **Certification**: Valid operator certification and any other relevant certifications.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of demolition techniques, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.
- **Skills**: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
