R3 Deconstruction is currently seeking full-time permanent **skilled labourers** to join our team immediately.

We pride ourselves on having one of Western Canada’s largest selective demolition and abatement labour forces. R3 is comprised of a young, positive, forward thinking team, and require the same attitude for anyone applying.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of skilled labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Use necessary hand/ power tools and/or proper equipment for the tasks at hand
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in skilled labour
- Previous operating experience is an asset (skid steer, telehandler, boom lift)
- CSTS, Fall arrest, AWP and First Aid tickets are considered an asset
- Ability to read blueprints is considered an asset
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
