**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing processes
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the front desk
- May be required to work Friday evenings on occasion to cover walk in clinic 3-6
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A great team player

**Experience**:

- Prior experience working with phone systems in a medical or dental office
- Proficiency in medical terminology, Diagnostic Medical Terminology, and knowledge of electronic medical records systems such as Healthquest
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
