**Job Summary**
We are hiring labourers, hazmat abatement techs, carpenters or wall & ceiling trades people to work on our commercial projects in the Metro Vancouver area. The job will include different tasks each week, on healthcare, fitness club, hospitality, municipal, industrial, military, and other commercial construction projects.

There are opportunities to experience different types of work and projects, and not only focus on your trade. This individual will enjoy construction but would like a pathway to grow into a leadership role as a foreman or superintendent**.**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required for various projects.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Participate in site cleanup activities at the end of each workday.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude on the job site.
- A valid BC drivers license.
- Individuals that are eligible for full-time work in BC and have a valid full-time work visa (if not a permanent resident or citizen).

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
