**Job description**:
We are looking to hire two General Construction Carpenters to join our growing team. The position is for a renovation project in the Vancouver, Richmond area on a 12 story building to start.

The projects we work on are very diverse and include:

- Tenant improvements
- Structural upgrades
- Remediations
- Office renovations

Types of Carpentry work varies and can include but is not limited to:

- Framing
- Forming Carpentry
- Basic Finishing Carpentry
- Fencing Carpentry
- Landscape Carpentry
- Have a Red Seal Carpentry certification or equivalent in time and experience
- Have a minimum 8 years' experience in construction carpentry.
- Sound knowledge of construction and building techniques in B.C.
- Have the ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications
- Be a hard-working, organized, team player
- Be a proactive problem-solver that can manage difficult situations with positive results
- Demonstrate competence in the areas of safety, and project execution
- Is adaptable to change and variety of work
- Have a reliable vehicle for transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
