We are seeking motivated and reliable **General Laborers** to become part of our restoration team You will aid in the cleanup and recovery process following incidents such as fires, floods, or other property damage, in addition to tasks like demolition and asbestos removal. This role requires physical endurance, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
**Duties**
- Assist in the cleanup of fire and flood restoration, as well as debris removal.
- Support asbestos abatement (with appropriate training and personal protective equipment).
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Carry out general tasks as directed by supervisors.
**Qualifications**
- Comfortable working in environments that may be dusty, dirty, or wet.
- Safety-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in construction or restoration is beneficial (though not mandatory).
- Asbestos certification is advantageous (but we can provide training).
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
