**Who is Effortless Admin**

Effortless Admin is a fully web-based, multi-carrier, software solution, that provides employers an effortless way of managing employee benefits. Our goal is to provide the best benefits administration experience to employers and their employees, empower advisors, and ultimately bring everyone together to work as effectively as possible. We are an expanding organization looking for motivated individuals who want to join us on our growth trajectory.

**Why This Role Is Important To Effortless Admin**

This position is a full time permanent position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.

**This position is in-person, on-site in Edmonton, AB.**

**(Some of) What You’ll be Doing**
- Supporting plan sponsors in the management of their benefit plans
- Assisting plan members in using our software and understanding their coverage
- Contributing meaningfully to our development team in continuously improving the software through user acceptance testing, bug identification and product refinement
- Developing a level of comfort with a large number of benefits carriers, plans and contracts
- Working independently in completing daily tasks
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience, bringing greater understanding to the client and resolving any of their benefits questions

**What You’ll Bring**
- Passion for customer service
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Canadian benefits administration experience is a requirement
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in French is an asset but not required
