**Group Benefits Specialist**

**Who is Effortless Admin**:
Effortless Admin is Canada’s leading benefits administration software and service company. Our platform is fully web-based and provides employers an elegant way of managing employee benefits. We are an expanding organization looking for motivated individuals who want to be part of our growth trajectory.

**Why This Role Is Important To Effortless Admin**:
The Group Benefits Specialist will join Canada’s top benefits administration technology and service provider. We are looking to add an enthusiastic customer-facing service team member to our fast-paced and dynamic environment working alongside our industry-leading development team.

This position is a full-time permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits package. This position is in-person, and on-site in Edmonton, AB.

**(Some of) What You’ll be Doing**:

- Supporting plan sponsors in the management of their benefit plans
- Assisting plan members in using our software and understanding their coverage
- Contributing meaningfully to our development team in continuously improving the software through user acceptance testing, bug identification and product refinement
- Developing a level of comfort with a large number of benefits carriers, plans and contracts
- Working independently in completing daily tasks
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience, bringing greater understanding to the client and resolving any of their benefits questions

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Passion for customer service
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Canadian benefits administration experience is a requirement
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in French is an asset but not required
