**Position Overview**

Full-Time | Edmonton, AB | On-site

**Your Impact**

**What You'll Do***
- **Supporting Plan Sponsors**: Support plan sponsors in the effective administration and optimization of their employee benefits programs.
- **Guiding Plan Members**: Help plan members navigate our software, understand their benefits coverage, and make the most out of their plans.
- **Collaborating with Development**: Contribute to the evolution of our software by actively participating in user acceptance testing, identifying bugs, and providing feedback to refine our products.
- **Becoming a Subject Matter Expert**: Build your expertise in employee benefits data, developing deep knowledge of a wide range of plans and carriers.
- **Independently Managing Tasks**: Take ownership of daily tasks while ensuring high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- **Bilingual Support (Optional)**: If you're fluent in French, you'll have the opportunity to support our French-speaking clients in addition to English.
