If you love movies, puzzles and entertainment this is the role for you. Join our team as a Supervisor at theLUX Cinema / Eureka Escape Room. Our Supervisors are cool under pressure and ensure that we provide the best movie going and escape room experience out there.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the team of employees working in the cinema and escape rooms.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their experience and handle guest resolutions if they aren’t.
- Be knowledgeable about current films and the Escape Room puzzles.
- Ensure the security of cash, receipts and tickets. Reconcile cash at the end of the shift.
- Assist with technical support of equipment as required.
- Additional duties will include working at the concession stand, serving theatre refreshments including alcohol. and manning the escape room facility.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the facility is maintained for guest comfort.
- Assist with daily inventory tracking with a strong attention to detail.
- Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
- Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest and business needs.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong interest in films and film culture and a knack for puzzles.
- Have strong communication (oral & written), organization, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong computer / technical aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset
- Alberta Pro-Serve certification is required.
