Established in 2020, Mini Mall Storage Properties (MMSP) has been successfully acquiring storage facilities throughout North America with rapid expansion in the United States. We have a team of talented and diverse self-storage experts who span across 12 states and 7 provinces to support and manage our rapid growth across North America. With over 37,000 units and almost 5 million square feet of self-storage space, our goal is to make storage simple and accessible throughout life’s transitions.
The Mini Mall vision is to provide storage seekers with convenience and state-of-the-art technology. As such, we offer affordable storage solutions equipped with industry-leading safety, security, and innovation. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Develop, oversee, and monitor the execution of the MMSP Marketing strategy.
- Lead a marketing team and effectively manage the MMSP brand, demand creation, lead conversions, and tactical projects.
- Support the implementation of martech tools and platform integrations to optimize the website, enhance lead nurturing programs, improve performance reporting, and streamline existing processes.
- Build out acquisition support and marketing integration strategy.
- Oversee customer journey map enhancements and refinement.
- Bring a continuous improvement focus and proactive mindset on how and where we market.
- Provide analytics and cost benefit analysis on marketing initiatives.
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Degree or diploma in marketing and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in roles with progressive responsibility in marketing, communication, and marketing analytics with at least 5 years of this experience overseeing performance-driven teams.
- Strong track record of developing brands, increasing prospect and customer engagement, and generating business growth throughout North America.
- Best-in-class, customer-oriented marketer who understands how to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines objectively. B2C strategy and engagement experience is critical.
- Comfort in and capable of getting hands on, into the weeds, and then flexing back into strategy mode in the same moment. We are looking for a leader that has depth and experience managing a high functioning in-house team of specialists, with the broad ability to individually develop communications, create reporting dashboards, and assess lead gen gaps through data analysis when the need arises.
- In-house web, communications, and martech team leadership experience is necessary.
- Able to reference measurable examples of past marketing success, demonstrating strong analytical and data capabilities that have led to results in brand awareness, engagement, etc.
