**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for friendly and energetic Baristas/Café Associates to join our growing team. You’ll help us bring our vision to life by crafting exceptional Vietnamese coffee, serving tasty desserts and snacks, and offering top-notch service in a laid-back, inviting environment. We’re not just making coffee - we’re creating a vibe, and we want you to help us do it.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make and serve our premium Vietnamese coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages
- Prepare delicious desserts and snacks that our guests will love
- Provide a welcoming, positive atmosphere for every customer
- Use our POS system to handle orders and payments with accuracy
- Help keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Learn about our menu and confidently share it with customers, recommending drinks and treats
- Work as part of a team to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure everything we serve is top-quality

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with POS systems is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- A food handler’s certificate is great, but not required
- A passion for coffee and the Vietnamese coffee culture
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a bonus, but not necessary
- A friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a busy, fun environment
- Team player - we’re building something together
