**The Role - Sales and Projects Coordinator**

Join us as a Sales and Projects Coordinator and become the driving force behind our projects and sales Helping customers create and launch their chemical products Stay on top of project timelines, collaborate closely with clients, to help boost our sales efforts. As the vital connector between clients and our team, you'll ensure seamless operations. Your role is crucial in steering our company towards success and growth

**What you will do**:

- Working with internal teams to develop new products or services that meet client needs;
- Provide samples of products in development, follow the Product Development process with Quality team, suggest improvement of products and process;
- Manage the project of new product providing technical information to develop new or adapted formula or packaging;
- Help on the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities with potential clients;
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions;
- Researching industry trends to identify new opportunities for products or services;
- Providing technical support to customers on product development process and after sales;
- Promoting and selling technical products in synergy with marketing;
- Demonstrating how the products work to the clients and potential customers
- Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products;
- Explaining technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable;
- Keeping customers informed about new technological products;
- Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in technical field;
- A minimum of 2 years of projects/technical sales;
- Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work;
- Strong interpersonal, organization, teamwork and communication skills a must;
- The ability to identify and follow up on leads;
- Excellent presentation skills.

**Bonus Points**:

- Aerosol technology knowledge;
- Technical sales experience in CMC;
- Diversified experience.

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour day shift;
- Monday to Friday.
