**Overview**
We’re seeking a passionate and professional individual to join our team as a Head Spa Specialist. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the beauty industry and provide exceptional client care. As a Head Spa Specialist, you will deliver outstanding facial treatments and Japanese Head Spa services, ensuring clients leave feeling rejuvenated and cared for. This position also includes opportunities for growth, paid training, and the chance to work in a dynamic spa environment.

**Duties**
- Perform facial treatments and Japanese Head Spa services with excellence (training provided for scalp treatments and our skincare lines).
- Analyze clients’ scalp and skin conditions to tailor treatments to their needs.
- Provide product recommendations and assist with upselling skincare and scalp care products.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatments and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in collaboration with team members.
- Provide front desk support as needed, including scheduling and client check-ins.
- Stay updated on trends and techniques in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Assist with social media marketing when applicable (preferred but not required).

**Requirements**:
**Required**:

- Diploma in Aesthetics.
- At least 1 year of experience in facials, skincare, or related services.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality for all appointments.
- Ability to commute reliably to the job site.
- Passion for customer service and eagerness to learn new skills.

**Preferred**:

- Sales experience with a passion for helping clients find the right products.
- Experience or interest in social media marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in a second language is an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
