Our trade brands are Madero, Penner, Security Building Supplies, Two Six Creative, West Four Distribution, West Four Manufacturing, and WSI Modular with facilities in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg.

Our organization has an opportunity for a Data Entry position to join our Procurement Team. This is a full-time permanent position that will help support each of our divisions and locations within the organization. This position reports directly to the Director of Procurement and will operate out of our manufacturing facility in Saskatoon.

**Position and Responsibilities**:

- Data entry & inventory coding for the e-commerce component of our website and our corporate ERP system,
- Date Entry of new codes and new product programs while maintaining pricing on existing codes,
- Regular project work to further advance internal systems,
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel documents,
- Support the completion of database related projects as required,
- Will accept the challenge of learning the many and varied details of the door and hardware industry.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High level of skill with Excel and other standard desktop business software,
- Experience with graphics or basic photoshop,
- Formal training and hands-on experience with large commercial database systems,
- The ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks,
- Attention to detail and accuracy,
- Sense of accountability,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- A realization that customer service and relationships are a primary focus,
- Self Learner, ability to seek answers.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
