**DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Adhere to Rockwood Custom Homes standards and codes
- Lead client projects alongside the construction project manager and interior designer
- Create and adhere to detailed project budgets
- Review and analyze supplier quotes
- Create change orders and execute quote-to-budget comparison
- Complete site measurements and take-offs
- Conduct client meetings; skillful guidance in the selection of design components including flooring, tile, lighting, hardware, finishes and more
- Procure of materials including flooring, tile, lighting, hardware, finishes and more
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors and trades
- Manage multiple responsibilities under the direction of leadership, working alongside the design team which may include but not limited to:

- general administrative duties
- project administration
- production and updating of client design and site books
- detailed review of drawings for all required design components

**COMPENSATION**
