**Our expectations**

Reporting to the Department Manager, the Office Clerk, Collections is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to contractors.

**Your role**
- Respond to contractor requests
- Work closely with contractors and follow up as required
- Create sales orders
- Create purchase orders for sales orders
- Make deposits into the appropriate sales order
- Produce and balance the cash report at the end of each shift
- Track statements of accounts
- Stay informed of ongoing promotions
- Perform all other related tasks

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Judgment, initiative, and autonomy
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while managing time and priorities
