Under the supervision of the Team Leader, you will offer to our customers a warm, attentive and efficient assistance and guide them in their shopping care, hospitality and site visit.

**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**

Open since 2004 and one of the first Nordic spas in Quebec, Spa Nordic Station has developed on an enchanting site, through the trees and on the banks of the Castle Brook River in Magog. The place has been laid out with a concern for intimacy and contemplation, in an antique decor with a warm and unique character.

**THE POSITION**

As the first contact (on site or by the phone), you will offer to customers a warm, attentive and efficient assistance by performing the following tasks:

- Warmly welcome them, guide them in their choices, answer their questions, complete the invoicing and payment, give them the items for their stay at the spa, advise on the products sold at our store.
- Answer calls, inform customers about packages, promotions and treatments, take reservations in our system, maximize the schedule of appointments, optimize sales of treatments and gift certificates, confirm appointments with therapists, perform wiretapping when required.

**QUALITIES SOUGHT**
- You are bilingual and have experience in customer service ;
- You have excellent communication skills and are naturally dedicated and smiling ;
- Variable availability including evenings and weekends.

**FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS**
- Permanent full-time position (35h or 40h / week)
- Possibility to condensing the work schedule (4 days / week)
