100 Ways is a quickly growing ecommerce jewellery brand based out of downtown Vancouver. We specialize in pre-owned and sustainable fine jewellery. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer a wide selection of ethical, timeless, and truly unique pieces.

**Position Overview**:
We are currently looking to add a full time Social Media Coordinator to our team to help us showcase our beautiful, preloved pieces and our expertise in the fine jewellery niche. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop and action social media campaigns on various platforms, and engage with customers and influencers to strengthen our brand presence.

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent soft skills including oral & written communication and teamwork
- Highly collaborative and creative with an eye for design and trends
- Data driven and basic understanding of performance metrics for social media marketing
- Excellent time management skills; Organized and self motivated

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Social Media Management_
- Planning and executing our social media strategy, including seasonal campaigns and regular posting on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Creating and editing engaging photo and video content that aligns with our brand standards,voice and audience, ensuring consistency of messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Engaging with our community across our social media platforms.
- Monitoring all social media inboxes to ensure a positive customer interaction.
- Developing and managing social contests.
- Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media.
- Reporting and evaluating campaign metrics for engagement, CTR, and other KPIs that may help determine ROI for social media efforts.
- Keeping up with technologies, trends and best practices for social media.
- Cross train and help with other departments to build two way communication within the team.
- Digital Marketing Team Contribution_
- Participation in collaboration efforts with influencers and other exciting partnerships as our brand grows.
- Participation in the discussion, development and execution of campaigns, collections, and promotions.
- Additional projects & tasks as required both for the Marketing Team and overall company.

**Education + Experience**:

- 2+ years experience in social media marketing preferred.
- Experience with paid ads is not required, but a bonus
- While not required, experience with Shopify, jewellery or jewellery sales is an asset.
