**What You'll Be Doing**
- Calling clients and helping them gather necessary documentation
- Coordinating with lenders, lawyers, and other stakeholders
- Organizing files, preparing contracts, and following up with clients

**What You Bring**
- A **valid Mortgage Broker license**OR **active enrollment in a licensing course**(BCFSA, FSRAO, or RECA)
- Sales experience (even outside the finance industry) is a strong asset
- Passion for helping people navigate major life decisions
- A self-starter mindset, eager to learn and grow
- Comfort with technology and learning new systems
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability
