**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate educational activities and programs.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Support lead teachers in preparing materials for lessons and activities.
- Communicate effectively with children to encourage their social and emotional development.
- Assist with caregiving tasks such as feeding, diapering, and dressing as needed.
- Observe children's behavior and report any concerns to the lead teacher or daycare director.

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for caregiving are essential qualities for this role.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Bilingual: 2 years (required)
- Early childhood education: 3 years (required)
