Logistics Operator Executive (Critical and Time Sensitive Cargo)

The Operations Executive, is responsible to coordinate customers operations, including being responsible of establishing a business relationship and maintaining direct, open, and reliable communication with the customers for international shipment scheduling, delivery coordination, processing of transactions to completion, quoting, invoicing, and provision to vendors. Focused mainly on Time Sensitive cargo.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process documentation for the physical movement of cargo and identify discrepancies or issues.
- Perform operations on expected time and ensure complete monitoring of shipments according to incoterm.
- Quoting Customers, EP group and Agents.
- Issuing Delivery Orders, coordinate pick-ups and deliveries and confirm upon receipt the status of the merchandise.
- Coordinate extra-hour services when required.
- Provide shipping instructions to the corresponding vendors (carrier, agent, customs agent, etc.). according to the SOPs and negotiations agreed by Sourcing.
- Keep documents in file according to SOPs and internal processes.
- Meet required deadlines associated with customer SOP.
- Validate the certificates of origin and send confirmation to origin once it is validated by the Customs Agent of the client.
- Coordinate the reception and review of shipping documents.
- Prepare/coordinate the HAWB/ BL according to applicable documents, practices and regulations, and coordination for assignment of MAWB/ MBL with agent.
- Filing eManifest.
- Communicate, immediately, any possible issues to clients and your superiors.
- Invoicing EP Group and agents
- Provisioning in a timely manner
- Identify and forward cross and upselling opportunities to your superior.
- Ensure Data Quality in Management System (EP4ward) for every shipment and customer.
- Efficiently identify the most cost-effective solution based on each clients’ shipment specific needs.
- Perform the functions and activities according to the corresponding work procedures and instructions.
- Collaborate with support staff, Intra Group offices and other third parties to ensure efficiency, continued exemplary customer service, and relationship development.
- Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with internal departments and/or vendors.
- Participate fully with other staff members in day-to-day operations including setting priorities, organizing, scheduling work and problem solving.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
**Specific Requirements | Hard & Soft Skills**
- Multiproduct experience desirable (Air, Sea, Ground); Air shipments experience
- High priority
- Project Cargo and Time Sensitive & Critical Shipments
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics / FFW
- Excellent Customer service
- Multicultural team player
- Provide high quality customer service.
- Excellent decision-making, negotiation skills
- Communication skills (both oral and written)
- Organization and discipline, able to thrive under pressure.
- Self-driven and distance working
- Team player
**Education / Knowledge**
- Bachelor's in International Business/Commerce/Customs.
- Logistics Process
- MS Office Suite skills - Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Experience with Sales Force and Magaya - desirable
- Weekends and after hours
**- Must be available on Saturday and after-hours (Day offs would be Sunday & another day to be discussed).**

Pay: $31,000.00-$86,947.73 per year
