**Compensation**:
$100,000+ Commission based

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Must learn and use scripts
- “Always be consulting” - provide clients with best-in-class service, nurture client relationships to generate repeat and referral customers
- Ensure local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Effectively utilize CRM to manage leads and complete daily tasks
- Hold buyer and seller consultations
- Effectively negotiate for all clients

**Qualifications**:

- Active Ontario real estate license
- 1-2 years experience in real estate
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- Technology-driven
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language (oral and written)
- Strong passion for real estate
