**Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day transactions and completing the posting process.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure that all financial statements are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of cash balances.
- Utilize QBO, to manage financial data efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Education and/or experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices, including account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Experience with QBO Online.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
