**Job Details**:

- Able to identify and solve our clients' changing insurance demands.
- Work from office (some remote/hybrid possible).
- Embody our values: Serve others and own it.
- Assist in fostering an energetic and positive working environment.
- Listen to the customer's needs and presents possible options.

**Qualifications and attributes**:

- A RIBO license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in Customer Service roles in a brokerage environment.
- 2 year's experience with power broker, Applied and insurance company portals.
- Must be from the Bolton area to be able to come to the office.
- Reliability.
- Attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude.
- A strong desire to educate and build solid relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team mindset
