Our Stittsville, ON branch is looking for a parts advisor.

**Your responsibilities**:
Welcoming clients, identifying & responding to their needs;
Offering information concerning warranties, pricing, parts quality, delivery times and payment methods;
Submitting quotes, following-up with clients and closing sales;
Filling-out internal supporting documents for all transactions (credits, invoices, work order, etc.);
Contacting existing and new clients with information pertaining to promotions;
Supporting the Service Department (supplying parts for technicians);
Ensuring optimal product merchandising;
Participating in inventory management;
Handling product delivery and shipping & ensuring efficient organization of both;
Efficiently maintaining workspaces;
Respecting Health & Safety rules & regulations.
Compétences recherchées

**Profile required**:
High school diploma or parts training combined with 2-3 years of experience, is preferred.
DEP in Sales of Mechanical Parts & Accessories is an asset.
Knowledge of mechanical / heavy equipment parts.
Good attitude becoming a sales & customer service expert.
Excellent communication, sales & diplomacy skills.
Versatile, responsible, and possessing good team spirit.
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Knowledge of computer software.

**On call on rotation**: 1 week out of 4;
Bilingual (written and spoken).
