Technical Advisor

**Terapro Construction**, dealer for the renowned Case brand, distinguishes itself in the sale and maintenance of new and used construction equipment. A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs.

Our branch located in **Stittsville** is looking for a **technical advisor**.

**Salary**: 22$ to 26$/hour

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to service calls and parts requests;
- Produce purchase orders and invoices;
- Manage warranty claims;
- Ensure service follow-up with customers.

**Profile**
- Experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of mechanics;
- Skill with computer tools;
- Valid driver’s license;
- French-English bilingualism to deal with Francophone and Anglophone clients (an asset);
- Customer service oriented.
